How to I get MS Office 2000 Premium Disk?

I have Windows 98, updates W98, W98SE, Win98.SE
All Applications are 2000, ie. Word, Excell, Powerpoint
etc. The disks I was given by Dell are named MS Works.
I have been trying to download the MS Office SR-1 update.

I do not have MS OFFICE PREMIUM DISK" What should my next
step be?
