How to I optimize office 2003 - word and excel running real slow

Ever since I upgrade one of my users to Office 2003 on a Windows 2000 system,
word and excel appear to run extremely slow. Documents in question are saved
on the harddrive. Any suggestions? Where can I go to obtain assistance on
Office 2003 problems
