How to I permanently add the "TO" column in Outlook's Sent Items

No matter what I do, Outlook replaces the "TO" column with a "FROM" column
in the Sent Items page view. In otherwords, I want a "TO" column so I can
sort by who I sent it to. I've tried changing the "Fields" in the "Customize
Curent View" - but the change is only temporary. How to I permanently add the
"TO" column in Outlook's Sent Items?

Create a new named view that includes the fields and other settings you want.
