I have set up multiple rules in Outlook 2003 SP2. Recently I started
experiencing a problem where more than one rule is running on a message.
Each rule MOVES the message to a different folder (with the "Apply this rule
after the message arrives" option) and this is creating multiple copies of
the message. (these are all server side rules, organizing messages based on
who they are from)
I looked through the rules for a flag that tells the system to stop
processing the message if the rule is met, but I don’t see anything. I can’t
believe I haven’t seen this before since I’ve been running several rules for
years, but it only recently started happening when I added a new rule.
Thanks for your help.
