How to I remove the prompt "Delete Block? No(Yes)" ?

I have word 2003. It is annoying to have it suddenly prompt for text
deletions with the prompt "Delete Block? No(Yes)". I didn't elect this
promt, it came on after a reinstallation of the product. How do I get rid of
it?

Tools > options > general > uncheck the two Word Perfect entries.

Tools | Options | General: Clear the check boxes for both items that refer
to WordPerfect.
