Email messages are not received in my inbox unless I drop down and click on
"send/receive" from "Tools" on the inbox tool bar. I have an icon on the
bottom right hand corner of my screen that says "Microsoft Outlook is
offline" when I have my email inbox open. I've been using Microsoft Office
2003 for at least a year and have only had this 'offline' challenge for the
last month or so.
Please advise on how to reset to work online. Thanks!
