How to I synchronize my ACT database with OUTLOOK 2003?

I am having problems importing ACT into OUTLOOK. I continually get a message
saying the file doesn't exist. My ultimate goal is to synchronize my ACT
database into my new OUTLOOK 2003 so I can discontinue using ACT all
together. Thanks for any help I can get.
