How to identify projects without resource assigment?

Hello,



I have small issue. In organization we have department which helps project
managers to better use resources. But this help is reactive, in order to
have proactive behavior in first step they would like to look into projects
with task without assigned resources.



So question is how in easily identified projects and task which don't have
assigned resources?
