How To Implement .NET Event Handler with VS Toolkit

Hi,

i am using infopath 2003 tool kit for .NET from there i am invoking
infopath template, here the problem is that i can able to customiye
menus but i dont know how to handle the events for that menu. for
example when the selects Print it should fire print event but i dont
know how to get the handler for that print event

Please send me some suggesstions
