I have a database of about 200 names and addresses that I sent newsletters to
each month. I recently setup my web page so that recipients could receive
their newsletter via email.
I need help in figuring out how to mark those that no longer need a snail
mail newsletter and omit them from the mailing label process.
I already have a Yes/No field created in the member database. My question is
how to flag it from the report that I use to print the labels so that I don't
print the "checked" members?
Any help would be appreciated. Reply probably needs to be as detailed as
possible, since I don't work with Access very often.
