I am new in MS project and require your assistance. I am using MS project 2010, implementing a project involving three teams. I set a working calendars 7h-12h. and 15h-18h from Monday to Friday with holiday. The basics tasks have been defined and all the resources have been assigned giving me an estimate of the work load and the total cost of the project. But due to some materials optimization, I have to switch to shift works for the project: ie two shifts per day from 05h-13h and from 13h-21h, Monday to Friday (through Saturday-Sunday, depending). Can you please tell me how to set on MS project the two shifts ? Should I create multiple calendars ? And how to assign each team her schedule/shift? Regards
