How to import BCM data to Outlook Contacts?

Because Microsoft Office Professional Plus does not come with Business
Contact Manager, I am at a loss as to what to do with my BCM data. Can it be
converted to be compatible with Outlook Contacts? What happens to all the
phone logs, business notes, and linked emails?

I had to replace my hard drive recently, and while it was in the shop, my
boss had them install an upgrade to Windows 7 and the Professional Plus
suite. I had no idea that I would be losing BCM. I have the data from a
recent back up, but I have no idea if it can be used without the program.
