How to import emails from Incredimail to Outlook2007

Good Afternoon, i am having trouble with my email. I was using Incredimail
and i need my emails be transferred to Outlook 2007. I've tried importing
but i cant seem to find a way to import from Incredimail. Please help!

A very good reason not to start with Incridimail in the first place ;-)

There are some converter tools out there to convert it to the eml-standard
which Outlook Express, Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail support. From
there, you can export it to Outlook.
