how to import emails from Netscape into MS outlook

I am using Netscape's email program right now and would like to switch over
to Microsoft Outlook, but I have a lot of email that I would like to keep and
transfer over to Outlook including all my email address lists as well. So,
how would I import emails from Netscape into MS outlook? Maybe I can't, can
I export Netscape emails in another format so that Outlook can take them?
