how to import Eudora 5.x folders - email into Outlook 2003

I'm trying to switch from Eudora to Outlook. I have numerous folders with
saved emails from clients, etc. and want to access from outlook.

1. is it possible to import the folders with content email?

2. how to do it?

Eudora version is 5.2 in paid mode.
