How to Import & Export On My Computer data to another Database

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

last time my Entourage Database has corrupted. So agian I've created a new Database. But Unfornatly I can't get MY ON COMPUTER DATA. But I can logging on to Old Databse yet. Please tell that How can I export my Old Database's ON MY COMPUTER DATA only & it import to New Data Base.(Now My New Database has few Mails in ON MY COMPUTER. So I want to keep those also.)please tell to me that how can i do it ? if it is there with Screen Shots, good.

Open the database and use the Export command to export to an Entourge
