How to import messages from an OLD OE 5 ?

Hi list

1) I have an old IE 5 inbox file, which I had saved as (let us
say) in directory 1 (Inbox.dbx in directory 1)

2) Then , some months ago I went on the re install OE 5 - which had
/ has its own Inbox.dbx ( say in Directory 2)

3) Now when I move to Outlook 2003, I am given an option to
import from IE5 , which recognizes only mail from (2) above -
since the second OE 5 must be the one in the registry

So...

How do I import messages from the old OE 5 - in this e.g. from
Directory 1 ??

or

***How do I import from any other OE Inox.dbx file ??***

Start OE and create a new folder named Restore. Close OE. Go to Directory
"2" and you should see a file named Restore.DBX. Rename to Restore.ORG.
Copy Inbox.DBX from directory "1" to directory "2" as Restore.DBX. Start OE
and verify that you have your stuff.

Best thing to do is export them from OE.
