How to import office 97 .cag files into office 2003?

I have clipart in an Excel 97 CD, but i cant install the clipart into Office
2003 since the program doesnt recognize the .cag files. What can I do?

You can install the Clip Gallery from your setup disk and use your clipart. The
clipart images will not have the .cag extension, .cag refers to the catalog files.
The Organizer and the Gallery are not compatible. If you want to use the legacy
clipart in the Organizer you will have to add keywords manually.
