how to import the date from Excel header?

I want to import to Access a column for each weekending. The date of the
excel sheet in the right header is one field I want to capture as well as
the data. Any ideas on how to import that each week?

Actually, what I really want to do is import the column of data with the date
as the column header. How do I do that?
