how to imports message from incredimail

I am using incrediMail XE and I wish to outlook 2003 now. I can transfer the
contact from incrdimail. But all the e-mail message I can not transfer to
outlook. The extension is .cab

You must use another file type to transfer the messages because Outlook
can't open a .cab file. Google is your friend or try contacting the vendor
of Incredimail.
