How to improve Listview Add item method response time

Hi

I am using VBA and Listview is drawn on userform.

My recordset is from Access Database having 100,000 records.
Right now i am populating list items with sub item( 6 sub items).
it is taking long time to populate the list view.

Please suggest method API/ or any function that will take less time to
populate these records in listview.

It would be helpful to post your code and what version of MS Word you are
working with...
