How to improve/safeguard "Reply to All" mistakes...

Ever hit "reply to all" by mistake and sent something you regret? What if
Office had a pop-up/confirmation window embedded so that when you hit "Send"
in a mistaken "reply to all" message, it says "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO REPLY
TO ALL? Yes/No" as a safeguard against sending something to someone on the
list you don't want to see your reply...

Why would I want Outlook to act as baby sitter for people who can't control
their own bodies?

You might try "customizing" your toolbar and moving "Reply to all" far to
the right, so that you have to go to some effort to click it.
