If you share a calender so others can see when you are occupied but you only
want them to see the subject of the meeting and not any details you have
written.

Do anyone know how to do that?

If you use private they can not even see the subject line and then you have
to remember each time. I'm looking for a fucntionality where you once for all
can set for your calendar so that it always only show the subjectline when it
is displayed for others(Shared) .

I suppose you could create a "non-private" one at the same time without
details for their "information".
