Hi! I have a form that is being submitted via email. However I would like
to include some field info specific to the form in the subject and message.
For instance I would like the email subject line to read:
"singleName has submitted an absense request starting startDate."
The fields singleName and startDate would populate the data on the the
subject line so that the sent message would read:
"John Doe has submitted an absense request starting 1/20/05."
Is this possible, and if so how is is programmed?
