How To Increase Left/Right Margin For Just A Couple Of Lines

Bright Spark

Once again looking for some help from you kind folks.

I am using Word 2003, and in one particular document I need a wider
margin left and right for just a couple of lines of typing. I just
can't figure out how to do this and break through the set margins. I
would appreciate a point in the right direction.

Thanks very much in advance.

Do you actually mean a narrower margin? A wider text area?. Select the
paragraph and apply negative left and right indents from the paragraph
formatting options. e.g. -.5"

Oh, sorry I wasn't clear - yes, a wider text area. Thank you for the
answer, Graham - that's exactly what I was looking for.
