How to indicate floors connectivity in Visio 2003?

Can anybody tell me how to indicate floors connectivity in Microsoft Visio
2003. I have made Network diagram of different floors and i want to connect
all the floors.

Not sure what you mean. "Floor connectivity" doesn't tell me much.

Draw a dotted-rectangle around each floor. Then draw a connector between the
boxes?

you can consider having the floors as separate groups on the page surrounded
by rectangles, or possibly put them on different pages and use off-page
connecters, or consider using hyperlinks between the pages
