how to input mathematical form in word table(excel)

Well, they did not do a very good job of that form. because they have g/cm3
instead of g/cm³

To get ² of cm², hold down the Alt Key and press 0178 on the numeric keypad.
For ³, use 0179 instead.

On your lap top, it will probably mean holding down the Alt key and the
Function key and then typing mj78 for the ² and mj79 for the ³
