how to input mathematical form in word table(excel)

hi all
I set up a form( some cell need mathematical formula), like in this
link:

make a form(include mathematical formual like kg/cm^{3} inside) Thanks

Well, they did not do a very good job of that form. because they have g/cm3
instead of g/cm³

To get ² of cm², hold down the Alt Key and press 0178 on the numeric keypad.
For ³, use 0179 instead.

You can't use the numbers on the number row. You must use the numeric
keypad; most laptops have some way of emulating a numeric keypad. For other
ways to insert special characters, see

On your lap top, it will probably mean holding down the Alt key and the
Function key and then typing mj78 for the ² and mj79 for the ³
