How to insert a blank page to every page in Word

Hello all:

I would like to insert a blank page to my word doc.

the file likes this

1 2 3 4 etc.

I would like to get

1 empty 2 empty 3 empty etc.

So I can use the empty page to make notes

any way to do it easily?

Have you tried inserting a "hard" page break, using Ctrl+Enter?
Example: Page 1, end of text Ctrl+Enter, Ctrl+Enter (producing blank
page), Page 2, with text, Ctrl-Enter, Ctrl+Enter for blank...and so on.
