How to insert a heading to a table

Hi All,
I would like to create a table with the heading Note .The upper part
of table should look some thing like this:
----------Note----------------

is it possible?

also can some one me, inform how to copy a table?
when i am trying to copy a table, only its content is being copied not
the table itself?

There are several ways to create the heading that you describe. The easiest
way might be to add a row to the top of the table, merge its cells, and then
specify the desired border for the merged row.

When copying (parts of) a table, make sure to include the appropriate
end-of-cell and end-of-row markers (for more on these and other nonprinting
marks, see http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/NonPrintChars.htm).

Another thing to consider: Can you successfully copy text formatting (font
size, bold, italic, etc.)? If not, an add-in could be forcing data to be
pasted as "Unformatted Text" which would also discard table formatting.
