I have Word 2000.

How do I insert a PDF file into my Word 2000 document and be able to view and
print it out along with the text on my Word 2000? Thanks.

Hi Yazmine,

MS Word doesn't have the ability to open a PDF file as an
embedded object such that it is viewable or printable directly
in Word. You can convert it from a PDF to a format that Word
can accept or using a 3rd party product, or, assuming the PDF
file is not locked, copy and paste into Word.

Thanks for your prompt response. You said that I can convert from PDF into a
format that Word can accept. What format are you referring to? And how do I
do this in Acrobat output? Thank you.

With Adobe Reader you can File, Save As Txt. Not sure how a text save would
work if your have images in the *.pdf.

With Adobe Acrobat Version 6 you can File, Save As and save as a Word
(*.doc) document.

With PDF Converter 2 { www.sansoft.com } you can convert a *.pdf into Word.
Other third party software may also be available.

While in Adobe, try saving your .pdf as a .png file. You can then insert the .png file into your word document
