How to insert a special table?

Hi folks,
I have a couple of special tables that I use often. I'd like to find a way to insert them automatically. Auto text? (which I have never used and can't figure out how to), Auto Correct (which I use, but it doesn't seem to accept a whole table).
Suggestions appreciated!

You might be able to insert an entire table using AutoCorrect, but AutoText
is the better choice here. Select the entire table (or a sample of it--say a
heading row and one text row), and press Alt+F3, then type in a name for the
AutoText entry. Whenever you type the first four letters of this name,
you'll get an AutoComplete tip. Press Enter or Tab, and the table will be
inserted.
