How to Insert Catalog Merge Pages?

I have just created a catalog merge linked to an excel spreadsheet. When I
choose catalog Merge, it inserts 2 pages, I need more like 6 pages. So far
every effort to insert Merge pages has failed. I can't get the data to flow
across more than 2 pages.

Is Catalog Merge really limited to 2 pages? (seems silly to me!)

Ideas?

What version Publisher? You can have any number of pages.

I've created Merges in other Software Apps before, usually data 'flows'
between pages.

in this situation, Publisher is showing 2 brackets above the 'catalog
merged' pages (bottom of page). Linked data shows on those two pages, however
the merge stops after those two pages.

I have read the documentation provided in the link 3 times before posting,
the documentation didn't make very good sense to me.

Nevermind, I figured it out....once again MSoft could use a little
documentation assistance.
