How to insert document property into header?

Using MS Word 2003 I'd like to be able to insert one or any of the
document properties (Title, Subject, etc.) into the header or footer of
the document but I can't see a way to do that. It would be good to be
able to insert any of the custom properties also.

I thought to try adding an autotext entry with the doc property but
haven' found a way to do that either.

If anyone knows if this can be done and how to do it or any ideas to
accomplish it I'd appreciate any info.

Thanks.

Place the insertion point in the header or footer, and then click Insert |
Field. Locate the TITLE field. Select it and click OK. Repeat for the other
fields that you want to insert.

Although the DocProperty field will need be used for custom properties,
there are also built-in fields for Title and Subject and many others
(including AutoText).
