How to insert fields of different tables in one form?

Suppose I create two tables to store information. I want to desing a form
where I can have the fields of both tables. I want to know how to access the
fields of these two tables in the same form?

You can create a query that uses the 2 tables, and use the query as the
source for the form.

If need to update the data with this form, be careful. In some cases it may
not be updatable. In other cases, it might insert, or delete records
differently than you expect. A main form with a subform might be better
(depending on what you are doing.)

How are the tables related? What kind of data do they contain?

As Allen suggests, a Query joining the tables may be appropriate. Frequently
if you have two tables in a one to many relationship you can use a Form for
the "one" side table with a Subform for the "many" - there are actually two
forms involved but to the user it looks like one form with fields from both
tables.
