How to insert HTML into an Outlook 2021 email

I am using the desktop Outlook 2021 app and want to use HTML code within the body of the email. I cannot for the life of me find anything that will create the Insert As Text option that I have repeatedly found in various posts on this subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
