how to insert individual lines into a cell

How do you insert lines (ie like when in word you hit return and your text
goes to the next line) but when in an excel single cell!

From menu Insert|Row (Hit Alt+I and R)
OR
Right Click Insert|Row| Select Cells OR Entrire Row
