How to insert item in MS Office Thesaurus

hey every one...

Can any body know how to insert a new word with its meanings in the MS
Office Thesaurus?

or any other way to insert my own dictionary (not customized dic which only
takes words).

There is no way to add to the built-in thesaurus. Although you can create
user-defined "dictionaries," these are actually just spelling lexicons (like
Custom.dic). If you want a dictionary that gives definitions, pronunciation,
synonyms, etc., you will need to install a third-party add-in.
