how to insert picture from host site to Front Page 2002 w/o Quick

Hi
I use Front Page 2003. I insert my photos to my new webpage using the
Edit/quick tag editor/ paste source link.
My friend has Front Page 2002 which does not have QUICK TAG EDITOR. How do I
insert a photo with this older version? I dont even remember how I did it in
Front Page 2000 anymore..I think it was Insert/Picture/Hyperlink. I know
there is some very easy way to insert a picture from a host site in FP 2002
just dont know what it is.

With your web open, File | Import and locate the image on your hard drive.
Import it into your images or other folder, then insert on a page and save.

Import to a folder on in your open web site, then click and drag the image to your page.
