How to insert pictures into the org chart?

I am using Visio 2000 Professional and create my org charts from Excel and
the org chart wizard. I noticed the custom properties has a format for
photos, but I do not know how to insert the photo or path to the photo.

Also, can the photo automatically display with the org chart or would you
have to manually view custom properties in each box?

I'm not sure what you are seeing in the custom properties that indicates
support for photos. There is no support for photos in custom properties.
Visio 2003 Org Chart did add the ability to add a photo to an org chart
shape, but this feature does not utilize custom properties.
