how to insert pictures?

hi i have a database with a form used to aupdate the table in each record
set i have 3 pictures insertede as ole object, is there a way to put a
button with a command for each picture that wil automatically open yhe HD
browser and select let me select for the desired pictures? instead on doing:

1 right mouse click;
2 insert object
3 find from file
etc
