How to insert portion of Word 2007 doc in E-mail body with EE?

How to insert portion of Word 2007 doc in E-mail body with EE? I want to
copy a portion of a Word 2007 doc and paste it into the body of an e-mail. I
cannot get the Equation Editor elements to show up in the e-mail.

please help.

Hi Donnie,

What may work can depend on the email client you're using. If you're referring to the new Word 2007 Equation tool, when it's in a
..docX file it's an active object that may not be supported in your email client. You can try saving as a Word97-2003 document type
or copy the equation, then use Home=>Paste Special to create a graphic of it in a Word document before putting it in the email, but
the graphic resolution will likely be poor when compared to what you're seeing on screen.

You can also select the equation and try the 'Normal text' choice on the ribbon for the equation, but you may want to choose to send
as an attachment or PDF file as a difference in fonts on your machine and on someone's machine who might receive the equation as
'normal text' without the Cambria math font can look quite different.
