How to insert term definitions in a Word document?

In Word Help there are highlighted terms such that
clicking on the term brings up its definition. How can
one do this when writing a Word document?

Hi Ezra,

You can use Insert=>Comment as one method. The way
the comment feature works may vary a bit based on
the Word version but genearlly you'd
get a 'mouse over' rather than clickable choice.
