how to insert tools from the tool bar in the document

Please use the big blank area to explain what you want to do...

What "tools" do you mean? Tools are normally used, not inserted. Exactly
what is the purpose of this?

Where in the document do you want to insert them?

What version of Word are you using?

If you are looking to paste button icons in the document, open Tools |
Customize, select the desired button, right-click and choose Copy Button
Image. Then close Customize and paste the image where desired.
