How to install a macro that generates a netlist in Visio 2000?

I am using Visio 2000. I want to create a netlist using a Macro. There should
be a built-in Macro under
tools->Macros->ElectricalEngineering->GenerateNetList. But, in my
application, the macro doesn't exist. Is this an Add-On Macro? If so, where
can I download it? If not exist, does anyone have a VB source code to
generate a netlist?

It's not entirely clear where the problem is. Do you normally see NetList
macro in your list, and for some reason it disappears for your application?
