buy a copy from the little old lady in your church, who only used
it 49 times, and never activated it (how gullible are you?)

Copy your second-hand FrontPage2003 CD to hard drive.
Find file setup.ini (3 copies)
Find line ProductCode={
Change second digit to zero
now run setup from this hard drive and enter a VLK
