how to install frontpage 2003 on my new windows vista

I tried to install the frontpage 2003 on my new pc (windows vista), after
the installation, I can't open it. Then I uninstalled it and installed the
sharepoint designer 2007 intead, but stil I i can't openteh designer 2007
either. What's wrong with my setting? Thanks!
