How to Install Microsoft Equation Editor on Toolbar?

I use Word 2003 and don't know how to install the icon on my toolbar (I use
it frequently).

EE is installed when I select Insert and then Object. I just don't know how
to get it to my toolbar.

In Tools | Customize, select the Commands tab and select Insert in the
Categories list. Select Equation Editor in the Commands list and drag it to
the toolbar.
