how to install office 2007 oem software

An idiot at Fry's sold me OEM software, instead of just an Upgrade of Office
2007 Professional.

How can I install this mess that they won't take back?

You didn't notice that the software wasn't in the fancy plastic case before
you handed over your credit card?

I assume you've tried installing it and have run into some problem. What
specifically happened?

Escalate the problem to a manager at Fry's. Maybe they won't take it
back but they should replace the CD with the correct one.
