How to install Office H&S 2007 on 4th new computer?

We purchased Office Home and Student 2007 which allows for use on three
computers and we installed it on my computer, my wife's and my son's. Now my
son has had to purchase a new computer and the old one is broken and no
longer in use. How can we change the installation so that my son can once
again have the Office software?

Insert Office cd, install, if online phone activation fails use phone
activation.
The licence is for 3 working PC's
