How to install Outlook option for sending contacts via Bluetooth..

My Outlook on one computer does not have the option for Bluetooth - I have it
on the other computer (File-->Send via bluetooth-->Device name), but kannot
figure out how to add this feature on my other computer.
I tried to re-install outlook, tried to repair the Office Installation --
nothing helped.
The Bloetooth IS installed on my computer and is working.
I would think that this option is insatlled automatically when the computer
has the BT functionality enabled...

Any help appreciated.
